How is an AI-built website faster and cheaper than a traditional agency?
AI does most of the mechanical work — boilerplate code, layout scaffolding, first-draft copy, image generation, cross-browser testing — and an experienced engineer curates and finishes the output. A five-page marketing site that would take a traditional agency four to six weeks typically ships here in five to ten working days, for a good deal less.
We are not cutting corners on quality — we are cutting the parts of the process that were expensive because they were manual. Copy is still rewritten to your tone. Images are still hand-chosen. Layouts are still adjusted for real content. What is different is that we prototype fast because AI is fast, then a person finishes it.
What do I need to provide?
A short brief on your business, a list of the pages or features you want, any existing content (site copy, logos, brochures, brand colours) and someone who can review and approve work as it ships. That is it. If you do not have brand assets we produce them as part of the build at no extra cost. You do not need wireframes, sitemaps or technical specs.
For apps and automations we may need access to systems the build has to touch — your CRM, booking tool or email provider. Wherever the system supports it we ask for a separate account of our own rather than your password, so you can revoke it in one click when we are done, and any credentials we do hold get deleted at the end of the build. If you would rather do the connecting yourself, we will walk you through it on a screen-share instead.
Do I own the code and can I move to a different developer later?
Yes. Every build ships to a GitHub repo in your account. Hosting is on standard providers (Vercel, Netlify, Railway) so you can move at any time. There are no proprietary formats, no locked-in CMSes and no exit fees. If you decide to switch developers a year later, everything they need is already in your accounts and readable by any competent engineer.
We do not offer hosted-only deliverables. Nothing runs on infrastructure only we can access. This is deliberate — it means we have to keep earning your repeat work, not rely on switching costs. Most clients stay because it is convenient, not because they cannot leave.
What happens after the build launches?
Two options. Move to a monthly maintenance plan covering ongoing changes, bug fixes, small feature additions and priority response, priced on how much you expect to need. Or pay as you go from a fresh consulting bundle at £150 for four hours whenever something needs changing — no forced ongoing commitment.
If something we built is genuinely broken, we fix it — free, for 90 days after the build ships, and after that we will always look at it before we talk about charging for it. That covers our code and nothing else: third-party services going down, browsers changing, and edits you have made yourself are not defects, though we are happy to quote for sorting them out.

We give you a fixed delivery date at the start, and if we miss it because of something on our end you get a discount.
Will the finished product look and read like an AI wrote it?
