How does working with How Do AI actually work?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We ask about your business, your customers and the specific bottleneck you want to fix — no sales pitch. If AI is the right answer we quote a fixed price for a Botz build, a monthly Admin plan or a consulting bundle. If AI is not the right answer, we say so and point you elsewhere.
Once you sign, setup takes days rather than weeks. A Botz chatbot is live in 3 to 5 working days. Admin retainers start within a week and produce their first batch of approved content in the same span. Consulting bundles begin at a scheduled live session — we work through the problem with you in the room over Zoom, not in a silo.

Botz chatbot builds are a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee, and Admin runs as a monthly plan priced on how many channels you want covered — both quoted after a free call, because what they cost depends entirely on what you need them to do. Bespoke builds are scoped the same way.
A deposit up front, balance on delivery. Monthly plans are 30 days notice with no minimum term. Everything you build with us is yours — code lives in your accounts, data can be exported at any time, and there are no proprietary lock-ins.

A bespoke custom app is scoped after a free discovery call and typically runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on integrations. Admin retainers go live the same week and the AI takes over the moment it is trained on your business.
Do I need any technical skills to use these services?
No. Every service is set up, trained and maintained by How Do AI. You approve content, review results and stay in control, but you never write code, wrangle APIs or manage a server. If you can send an email you can run any of our tools. Setup calls are done over Zoom in plain English.
Will the AI sound like me and my business?
Yes. Every chatbot, AI Employee and social post is trained on your business — services, pricing, tone, existing website copy, and any brochures or PDFs you share. You review a set of sample outputs before anything goes live and can retrain the tone at any time. The AI never speaks unless it matches your voice.
What happens to my customer data?
Your data stays yours. We store conversation transcripts and lead details in your account and email them to you directly. Nothing is sold, nothing is used to train third-party models, and everything is UK-GDPR compliant. You can export or delete your data at any time by asking, and we destroy backups on written request.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The AI is boxed into your business content and told to escalate anything it is unsure about. When a question falls outside its knowledge it says so and offers to take the visitor’s details for a human reply, rather than guessing. Every transcript is emailed to you so you can spot weak answers and we retune the training as needed — usually within a day.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Monthly retainers run month to month with no minimum term — cancel any time with 30 days’ notice and we hand back your data, transcripts and any assets we produced. One-off projects are yours to keep once delivered; you own the outputs. There are no lock-ins, no proprietary formats, and no exit fees.
