How Do AI Admin runs three growth jobs on autopilot: it finds new local leads matching your target profile, writes and schedules social media posts in your voice across all your channels, and drafts on-brand replies to every review as it lands. You approve each batch in the dashboard (usually 5 minutes a day on your phone) and the AI takes it from there.
The typical rhythm: Monday morning you approve the week’s social posts, Wednesday you skim the new lead list and pick the ones worth outreach, throughout the week you tick or edit review reply drafts as they arrive. That is the whole workflow. Nothing is posted, replied to or emailed without your approval.
How long does Admin take to set up?
About one working week from signup. Day one is a 45-minute onboarding call where we learn your voice, your target customer, your services and your existing channels. Days two to four we train the AI on your website, brochures and past posts, then connect your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other channels. Day five you approve the first sample batch and Admin goes live.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. If you have logins, brochures and past posts to hand it makes onboarding faster, but we can also work from your website alone. Migration from a previous social scheduler (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is straightforward — we hook into the same accounts.
Will the AI actually sound like my business?
Yes. The AI is trained on your website copy, past social posts you liked, brochures and any tone samples you provide. Every generated post and review reply is a draft — you tick or reject in the dashboard, and rejections come with a one-line note ("too formal", "we do not say cheers", "add more emoji"). The next batch reflects the feedback within one working day.
If a batch reads badly after a few rounds of retuning we do a manual voice recalibration on our side at no extra cost. The goal is that after 4 to 6 weeks you approve most posts unedited because the AI has caught your voice properly. If it never gets there, refund on the current month is on us.
What happens when a bad review lands at 11pm?
The AI drafts a longer, calmer, more careful reply than it would for a 5-star review — apologising for the specific complaint, offering to take the conversation offline, and never getting defensive. That draft appears in your dashboard and phone notification within minutes of the review being posted, but it is not published until you explicitly approve it.
For genuinely serious complaints (safety, legal, refund disputes) the AI flags the review as "escalate" and does not draft a public reply at all — you handle those personally. This is the one place we deliberately do not automate; the risk of a wrong tone at the wrong moment is too high.
